This full-time, hybrid role (based in Princeton, NJ) will lead and manage our 8-month nonprofit leadership development program for mid-career professionals. The Program Manager will oversee recruitment, program delivery, alumni engagement, and partner outreach, helping to grow the next generation of civic leaders.
