Princeton AlumniCorps is proud to announce the appointment of Kimme Carlos to Interim Executive Director, effective Dec 2.

Kimme was currently the Director of Operations and Culture at AlumniCorps and replaced Caryn Tomljanovich. The AlumniCorps Board has begun the process of searching for and identifying a permanent Executive Director and appreciates Kimme's leadership through this transition.

Since joining AlumniCorps in 2016 as the Office Administrator, Kimme has been a driving force behind AlumniCorps’  ever widening operations department. She has been exemplary in building operational policies and procedures while consistently working to ensure AlumniCorps staff are empowered with training, development and wellness tools and resources to support their roles.  In addition, Kimme has managed the property at 12 Stockton Street in Princeton, and led vendor and cost-share partner relationships. During Kimme's tenure, she has led major building renovations, including the design and installation of the AlumniCorps Founders Garden and developed several policy manuals. Kimme worked tirelessly during the covid-19 pandemic to ensure the infrastructure was in place to support the organization through quarantine and into a successful remote work environment.

Kimme notes, "I deeply believe in the mission of AlumniCorps and have great respect for our brilliant, committed staff. It is my honor to lead the organization through this transition and I look forward to the next chapter is our important work of building a more just, equitable and sustainable society."

Let's welcome Kimme with a note of congratulations!
